    Ingrédients

    - 5 cl of GM gin
    - 1 cl of maraschino liqueur
    - 2 cl of cane sugar syrup
    - 2 cl of fresh lemon juice
    - 8 basil leaves
    - 5 cl of sparkling water
    - Decoration - a sprig of basil

    Pour the ingredients (except the sparkling water) into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
    Shake briskly, then filter with the aid of an ice-strainer and a fine-mesh sieve over the serving glass filled with ice-cubes.
    Complete with the sparkling water, decorate and serve straightaway.

  • GIN MARKET

    Ingrédients

    - 5cl of GM gin
    - 2 cl of cane sugar syrup
    - 2 cl of fresh lemon juice
    - 3 drops of celery bitters
    - Decoration - a stalk of celery

    Pour the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
    Shake briskly then filter with the aid of an ice-strainer over the serving glass.
    Decorate and serve straightaway.
