AMALFI - Aniseed, citrus, sparkling
Ingrédients
40 ml de Figanis
4 ripe strawberries + one for garnish (preferably garriguettes)
20 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml cane sugar syrup
1 sprig of thyme
Crush strawberries in the base of the shaker.
Add the thyme, fresh lemon juice and cane sugar syrup.
Shake briskly with ice.
Filter with the ice-strainer and the pulp strainer over a coupette glass.
Garnish with a half-strawberry and serve immediately.
