• AMALFI - Anise-scented, citrus fruit , effervescent

    Ingrédients

    For 1 glass :

    - 30 ml Figanis
    - 1 scoop of lemon sorbet
    - 120 ml dry champagne, well-chilled

    Decorate : 1 lemon zest

    1. Make a ball of lemon sorbet and place it at the bottom of the serving glass.
    2. Pour over the Figanis and the well-chilled dry champagne.
    3. Decorate with lemon zest and taste!
